it invites a response.
But should it be done for its own sake?
Should it be done just because it can?
Should it be done for the improvement of technique?
Can it be offensive, such as the woman knitting from a ball of wool inserted in her vagina?
Should there always be a purpose, a statement of intent?
Should it always be for 'the common good'?
My knitted breast labyrinth was to raise awareness of breast cancer -
is this sufficient reason to knit breasts, which give offense to some?
