TESTIMONIALS
I am fortunate to own three Liz Pearce dolls
which were all given to me as gifts. They each have their own personality reflective of myself. In fact, all of Liz's dolls have individual personalities. Liz's dolls are usually made up of recyclable textiles, and bits and bobs. I enjoy being able to contribute old skirts etc, and finding treasures that I know she could incorporate in some creative way. Needless to say they are put together by a very skilled artist. Liz's dolls are not what you might call pretty play things, although some reflect playfulness. Others have a more serious message, and challenge our thinking. Either way, they are magnetic, and awe inspiring. I have been to many of Liz's doll outings at local markets and exhibitions. They are always a splash of colour, and delight. I particularly like the way Liz is always on hand to share her ideas, and artistry. Her dolls tell a story, and allow others to reminisce, and reflect, often in a healing way. Kay McGregor, doll owner Ebony, and Olive-Ivy, fairy dolls who sit in my window seat always ready to listen, and play. Lilac Rose whose voluptuousness, and flowing dance, remind me to rejoice. |
there are dolls

Each heartfelt doll is both a work of heart and a work of art.
I have now commissioned four of what I call “this is your life “dolls
to honour my sisters on special birthdays.
For me the process of doing a profile on each woman has reminded me of her unique giftedness
and the impact she has made on my life.
Liz has such amazing creative abilities.
She puts much thought, time and love into choosing every material and accessory
and crafting each design and word.
The results are always a special treasure -
far more than I could wish for.
