Our ability to hear and heed our intuition is formed and informed
by our actions and our reading and our watching and our conversations and our relationships.
Some are healthy. Some are not.
Some contribute to our well-being. Some are insidious and counter-productive.
We must try to make wise choices in our everyday living.
