One of many definitions of FOCUS is "a point upon which attention is directed or concentrated".
For me, focus is setting aside the almighty God of 'multi-tasking', and focusing my mind, my heart, my spirit and my body on a single intention.
So it means that when the phone rings, I do not continue to wash the dishes, then get in the washing, feed the dog and boil the kettle. Rather, it invites me to sit and give my undivided attention to the speaker at the other end of the line. To focus all that I am and all I am called to be into this conversation. And in this focus, LOVE is revealed.
