PEARL AND GLAM AT THE MAMMOGRAM SLAM

These dolls were created for my first "In The Pink" exhibition,
held in 2007 in a vacant store in downtown Rotorua.
They use a pattern designed by Lynne Butcher.
Pearl and Glam, pictured left, now dwell at the Murupara Medical Centre, gently reminding and inviting women
to have regular mammograms to check for breast cancer.
Every single woman's life is far too precious to lose prematurely
because we defer having regular checks for breast cancer.
Below, are three more incarnations of these tongue-in-cheek dolls.
They are available for $NZ75 plus post and packaging.
