to an Italian mother and a Brazilian father, in 1894.
Her father ran a coffee bean export business,
and often travelled to Trieste, Italy.
It was here he met her mother, Maria.
Isabella often travelled with the parents to Italy.
Isabella met Henri when he worked on the coffee plantations.
They married in 1905
and had 3 children:
Gabriel b. 1907
Pedro b. 1909
Felipe b. 1911.
