some of us don't recognise it or name it as such.
We all experience times of transition -
through the passage of relationships;
in our work histories;
youth through adulthood to old age;
in the physical transformations of our body;
in our relationship with the divine;
in our self-knowledge and self-belief.
We all deal with it in different ways -
no way is better than another, simply different.
