The last post ...

In my first post on 1st April, 2013, I wrote on The Quotidian Doll,

"Each day,
I will introduce an Heartfelt doll
which has not been seen on this website before.

I believe strongly, passionately,
in dollmaking as a process which
transforms the human heart;
entertains;
challenges human beliefs;
informs the human mind;
heals the broken spirit;
transitions the human from one state of being to another;
chronicles our human story."

I still love to create dolls,
and believe in their transformative and healing power,
but after 570 dolls in 582 days,
I am slowing down.
Ill-health and changes in work commitments
mean I can no longer meet the requirements of this creative challenge.

Doll-making is still an integral part of my life.
As I create new dolls, using my design or others,
I will announce it on my home page and on facebook.

Thank you for sharing my journey.
I am richly blessed.
