Issa is an aspect of myself in doll form - a 'Selfie'.
She is a mermaid - a matron of enchantment.
Issa captures the moments when I let my heart and my passion overrule my analytical mind.
In our age, when conformity, conservatism and over-thinking can be soul-numbing,
it is revitalising to experience the inexplicable.

the divine presence which affirms and encourages;
enables and empowers;
accompanies and guides.

Ela is a 'Selfie' - an image of myself.
She is part of an on-going series - I hope to get to 100 :-)
Ela is a doll of all possibilities, a seed child.
Noreen Crone-Findlay, the doll's designer says of her,

"(she) symbolises the planting, and replanting, of the seeds of creativity:
it represents the potential for growth and new life."

Liliana is a 'Selfie' - a snapshot of myself.
She is uncharted.
There are no maps or charts or guide-books to show her the right way, the best path, through life.
Instead, she has to choose from the plethora of 'truths';
confront the myriad of paths and crossroads;
isolate the voice which calls and enables her to become her best self;
and take risks to follow her heart's desire.
